General Registration Details

For a registration to be complete:

We will need an original copy of your signed registration form.
- Those who are unable to print the registration form can request a mailed copy from Will or can pick one up at the Parish Office during normal business hours.
Full Payment for each child through Faithdirect, through the collection in Church, or through the Parish Office.

Registration Details for Faith Formation

The cost for Faith Formation is $20 per youth.

Registration Details for Sacraments

The cost for Sacramental Preparation is $25 per youth.

Preschool & Elementary Faith Formation

Montessori style faith formation for potty trained 3-year-olds through 6th graders.

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Registration Form

First Reconciliation & First Communion Preparation

Typically received by children in 2nd grade.
