Over the course of the next five weekends, we will hear most of chapter six of John’s Gospel, sometimes referred to as “The Bread of Life Discourse”, proclaimed at Mass. From July 28 to August 25, there will be a designated collection point at each parish for non-perishable food items. We’ll have weekly updates in the bulletin of the number of items collected and charitable organization already operating in the Bread of Life Family of Parishes. Please make sure to not include expired or open canned or boxed items, food from fast food restaurants, medications, diet products, bottled water, or baby products. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

• Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary: Sunday, September 8 at 6pm (following the 5pm Mass)

Anyone who is a baptized Catholic, is past their teenage years, and desires the Sacrament of Confirmation is invited to a retreat to help them prepare for the Sacrament. The retreat will be on Saturday October 26 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. It will include lunch, dinner, Mass, and many opportunities to reflect on the graces of Confirmation. The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated on the Solemnity of Christ the King, Sunday November 24, 2024 during a weekend Mass.
